Sandra Lunn

Sandra is a learning and development consultant and specialist educator with over 25-years’ experience as a corporate trainer, vocational educator and instructional designer.

She has developed and delivered programs and consulted for clients across Australia as well as in Africa, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, London, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Macau.

Sandra delivers LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® programs which are designed to help organisations clarify where they see themselves in the future and what is required to help them realise this future.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® harnesses the power of play to help teams collaborate, explore creative and innovative ideas, unlock complex topics and improve communication.

Sandra also uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to conduct training need’s reviews for organisations looking to identify their training requirements. These reviews provide advice on connecting people with great training opportunities.

Isabel Wu

Isabel is a business management practitioner, trainer and coach specialising in the intersection of workers, customers and organisations.

She established the future of work consultancy, Meta Management, in 2003.

The consultancy is dedicated to helping organisations thrive in a technology-driven world. Today she focuses on assisting her clients develop and manage the ’people parts’ needed to succeed as the future of work becomes a reality.

Isabel’s deep knowledge of work, organisations and the impact of digital change have been captured in her book, The Michelangelo Project. The book examines the nature of work in an increasingly automated world.

Via her UPLEVEL program, Isabel has taken her years of experience training and coaching digital capabilities to develop a program that accelerates results by giving learners the exact skills needed in digital – or digitally transforming – organisations. It places the learning activities in the real world, giving learners the ability to turn their actions and interactions into outcomes.

We have worked with Swinburne clients seeking to develop their leadership cohorts to better manage ongoing change within their organisations. This was achieved through careful consultation, the development of learning resources and delivery of workshops resulting in a more positive approach to the challenges they faced. Worksafe Victoria

On behalf of Worksafe we work within the personal injury management sector developing professional competence in leadership and case management. This is designed to assist organisations meet changing needs within the PIM environment while remaining compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.

Department of Transport Papua New Guinea

We created leadership development programs which we delivered on site in Papua New Guinea to engineering and HR professionals. These programs focussed on equipping participants with the skills critical to successfully managing people and resources against a backdrop of change and emerging challenges

BIBA Academy

Worked with BIBA staff to develop resilience in the face of mounting challenges to their operational environment. This involved developing workshops tailored to BIBA’s needs and which assisted staff better identify and handle challenging situations.

The Institute of Foresters of Australia (IFA)

Developed and delivered training for IFA on how to utilise virtual platforms to present information and influence people in a new distant delivery format. This included follow up support to assist forestry professionals adapt to virtual environments and understand the new face of digital communication.
